Quality
We have built an infrastructure to ensure the highest levels of quality in SiC device manufacturing. High levels of monitoring for crystal defects, 100% avalanche testing of SiC MOSFETs, and burn in to remove early extrinsic SiC MOSFETs oxide failures are a few examples of processes introduced by onsemi to provide the highest levels of quality.
