Product Overview
PXIe-SMU5100 is a 1-channel PXI SMU bundle. It includes the5-slot PXIe-1083 PXI chassis and the 20W PXIe-4139 PXI source measure unit. The PXIe-4139 features analog-to-digital converters to help you perform high-precision measurements for applications including manufacturing test, board-level test, and lab characterization with devices such as ICs, power management ICs (PMICs), and RFICs and discrete devices including LEDs and optical transceivers. The included chassis features all hybrid connectors, 58W power and cooling, and an integrated Thunderbolt™ 3 MXI-Express controller. Additionally, the PXIe-SMU5100 bundle includes a Thunderbolt cable as well as a power cable.

- 100fA current sensitivity, ±60V voltage range
