Thermometrics Waterproof IP68 Temperature Sensors

Amphenol Advanced Sensors launched Thermometrics Waterproof IP68 Temperature Sensors, including JI and JIC NTC thermistors. They are mounted on a flexible circular cable with thermoplastic elastomer rubber for tip and outer insulation. Tinned copper conductors have polypropylene insulation. Type JIC offers the option of a stainless steel housing.

Available in wire lengths ranging from 300 to 5000 mm (11.8 inches to 16.4 feet)
Waterproof in compliance with IP68
Resists thaw or freeze cycling
RoHS-compliant
Halogen-free cable
The extension cable and sensor tip are molded together as one hot vulcanized unit
Temperature range -50°C to +105°C continuous
Diectric strength: 3750VAC
Wire Conductors: 7 x 0.23mm diameter (0.33mm2)
Applications: Heat pumps, Refrigeration, Ventilation, Water heaters, Weather stations, Evaporators
